Project Scope:  
The scope of work involving ASIG’s fueling system includes: Exposing the 16” Shell and Chevron pipelines from the limits of the RON hardstand to VB-23 for coating inspection; demolition and replacement of VB-23 with a concrete valve vault; repairing/replacing damaged coatings on the 16” Chevron (and/or Shell) pipeline that are known to be damaged. Also included are new vault lids for VB-24 and a low-point drain pit to match the new taxiway finished grade.

All engineering services were provided in accordance with the requirements of the latest applicable local, State, and Federal regulations and codes.

Project Details:

  • Provided preliminary design development and review meetings for coordination
  • Provided incorporation of review comments and issued for bid drawing set and specifications
  • Provided bid support items
  • Provided construction engineering services
  • Provided pre-construction meetings and minor scope changes prior to construction start as well as submittal reviews, as-build drawing development, and DCVR's
  • Fulfilled field engineering support tasks such as documentation, project progress photos, reports, inspections, and weekly project status reports
