Senior Accountant – (Accepting resumes. One opening available.)

Possible 8-10 hours a month assisting company with accounting needs. Duties include assisting with the preparation of financial statements, general ledger accounting, payroll, reconciliations, and assisting with month end close. The Senior Accountant position also requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong excel skills (vlookups and pivot tables), 5+ years of experience, and Great Plains system experience is highly preferred.

Job Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Prior knowledge and experience with Great Plains Accounting System. Microsoft Excel (intermediate level, including use of charts, graphs and pivot tables) and Word required. Minimum of seven (7) years of general ledger and accounting experience required. Ability to work independently, protect and safeguard confidential information, great attention to detail and to meet deadlines.

Instrument Engineer III – (Accepting resumes. No openings at this time.)

Provide instrumentation and controls engineering support to all phases of capital project design and execution. Serve as the point of contact for engineering contractors, fabricators, and vendors for instrumentation and controls design. Involved in maintaining and applying company design criteria, specifications as well as industry recognized standards. Review Engineering drawings and instructions in order to design and develop a comprehensive test plan. Execute the test plan including instrumentation installation, document calibrations, system configurations, and data acquisition equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose instrumentation related issues including electrical, mechanical, and computer controlled systems. Assists in factory acceptance testing and field inspections. Typically requires 4-6 years of experience.
